The agreement for using Mojo Greet. By creating or sending a card, you accept these terms.
Mojo Greet is a free greeting-card service operated by Mojo Gift. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use: send cards to people who'll welcome them. Don't use Mojo Greet to harass, deceive, infringe others' rights, or send unlawful, hateful, or abusive content. We confirm sender email addresses to keep the service spam-free and may suspend accounts that abuse it.
Your content: you keep ownership of the words, photos, video, and audio you add to a card. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and deliver that content to the recipients you choose.
Free service and optional gifts: greeting cards are free. Attaching a Mojo Gift experience is a paid purchase governed by Mojo Gift's terms; experiences are fulfilled and redeemed via Mojo Gift.
Availability: we work to keep Mojo Greet running smoothly but provide it 'as is', without warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent the law allows.
Changes: we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use means you accept the current version.
